Food Vendor Applications – Minong Summer Days 2026
Minong Summer Days is excited to welcome food vendors to our 2026 celebration at the Jack Link’s Aquatic & Activity Center in Minong, Wisconsin, August 14–16, 2026.
This community event draws families, visitors, and local residents for an exciting weekend of entertainment, activities, tournaments, and community fun. Food vendors play an important role in creating a great experience for attendees throughout the weekend.
Vendor Registration Options
Friday Only
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- $40
- Optional extended hours until midnight
Saturday Only
- 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- $80
- Optional extended hours until midnight
Full Weekend Package
- Friday, Saturday, and optional Sunday 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- $100
Utilities & Vendor Requirements
Vendors may provide power in one of the following ways:
- Bring your own generator
- Use available electrical service (20-amp / 120V)
All vendors are responsible for supplying and maintaining:
- Power cords
- Garbage cans
- Water
To participate, vendors must provide the following information and documentation:
- Federal ID Number
- Wisconsin Seller’s Permit
- Certificate of Insurance
- Permanent or Temporary Restaurant License (food vendors)
Failure to provide required documentation may result in vendor exclusion.
Additional Information
- Parking and trailer space is limited
- Vendors should note any special space requirements during registration
- Applicants must include a description of items being sold
Please note:
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or placement
- Duplicate vendors or items may not be accepted
- Vendors must align with the family-friendly mission of Minong Summer Days
- Applications may be denied if venue capacity is reached
