Minong Summer Days: Big Fun in a Small Town!
Join us August 14–16, 2026, for a weekend packed with hometown fun, live music, family games and activities, vendors, softball, great food, and unforgettable memories. Held every year on the second FULL weekend of August, Minong Summer Days is a beloved local tradition sponsored by our amazing community and surrounding businesses — and 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting weekend. Bring your friends, bring your family, and come celebrate summer the Minong way!
The majority of events will be held at the Main Event Grounds at Jack Link Aquatic & Activity Center (JLAAC). 714 W. Hokah St., Minong, WI. Co-ed Softball and Little League Tournaments are held downtown at the Big Ball Field (behind Minong Village Hall) and Love Memorial Field (behind Minong Village Post Office).
Be a Vendor
Be part of the excitement at Minong Summer Days 2026! We’re looking for food vendors, crafters, artists, specialty products, local businesses, and more to join us August 14–16 for one of the area’s favorite summer traditions. This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the community, and enjoy a fun-filled event atmosphere. Vendor spots are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — reserve your space early and help make 2026 our biggest celebration yet!

Live Music
The music lineup for Minong Summer Days 2026 is bringing the energy all weekend long! Grab your friends, bring your lawn chairs, and get ready for two nights and an afternoon packed with great live music on the main stage at JLAAC.
Friday night kicks off with Hitchville taking the stage from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM, bringing high-energy country rock and a party atmosphere you won’t want to miss. Saturday afternoon, local favorite 2nd Time Around Band keeps the fun going from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM with crowd favorites and classic hits perfect for a summer afternoon. Then Saturday night, Unicorn closes out the evening from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM with an exciting live performance guaranteed to keep the party going all night long.
Whether you’re dancing in front of the stage, relaxing with friends, or enjoying all the activities around the grounds, live music at Minong Summer Days is always one of the biggest highlights of the weekend!
Family Fun Activities
Get ready for a fun-filled weekend for the whole family at Minong Summer Days 2026! Join us at the Jack Link’s Aquatic & Activity Center (JLAAC) for three days packed with entertainment, activities, food, shopping, games, live events, and community fun for all ages. Whether you’re bringing the kids, meeting up with friends, or enjoying the weekend with family, there will be something happening all weekend long to keep everyone entertained.
Activities throughout the weekend include a magician, petting zoo, kids fun zone, kids glow party, kids fun run, live entertainment, vendors, community events, and much more! From daytime activities to evening fun, Minong Summer Days is all about creating lasting memories and celebrating the spirit of our community.
All events will be held at Jack Link's Aquatic & Activity Center (JLAAC - 714 W. Hokah St., Minong, WI), unless specified directly after the listing.
Food & Craft Vendors

Parade
The Minong Summer Days Parade will be held Saturday, August 15th with a noon start time! The parade will take place on Railroad St. in Minong with line-up and staging in the Jack Link's Snack Foods parking lot.

Co-ed Softball Tournament Information
One of the biggest and longest-running traditions of Minong Summer Days is back — the Co-ed Softball Tournament! Each year, teams and fans come together for a weekend filled with friendly competition, great memories, and plenty of hometown fun. Whether you’re playing for bragging rights, reconnecting with friends, or just enjoying the atmosphere, the softball tournament is always one of the highlights of the celebration.
All games will be played at the big ball field located behind the Minong Village Hall. Contact us today to register your team and be part of this favorite summer tradition!
Little League Tournament Information
Bring the kids out for a new Minong Summer Days tradition — the Little League Tournament! Young athletes from around the area will hit the field for a fun-filled weekend of baseball, teamwork, and community spirit.
All Little League games will be played at Love Memorial Field, located behind the Minong Post Office. This event is full and we are not accepting additional teams at this time.
Car & Bike Show
Rev up your engines and join us for the Minong Summer Days Classic Car Show on Saturday, August 15th from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM! Held in the area between Link Ford and the Jack Link’s Aquatic & Activity Center, this event will showcase a variety of classic cars, vintage vehicles, and unique rides for car enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy. Come take a stroll, admire the craftsmanship, and be part of this exciting Minong Summer Days tradition! Register your classic today!
Youth Talent Showcase
New to Minong Summer Days in 2026 is the Youth Talent Showcase on Sunday afternoon! We’re inviting performers, 18 & under, to take the stage and share what makes them shine. Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, or would like to be part of the art exhibit, this is your chance to entertain the crowd and be part of a fun new Minong Summer Days tradition.
Sunday Community Worship Service
Sunday Community Worship Service will be held from 9-10am on Sunday, August 16. This non-denominational service is open to everyone and offers a meaningful opportunity for the community to come together in faith, reflection, and fellowship. All are welcome to attend and be part of this uplifting community gathering. This event will be held at the event grounds at Jack Link Aquatic & Activity Center.
5K Race & Kids Fun Run
Join us at Minong Summer Days on Saturday, August 15 at 8am for fitness and family fun! The event features a 5K race for runners and walkers of all ages and a Kids Fun Run designed especially for younger participants. Whether you're competing for a personal best or just enjoying the community atmosphere, this is a great way to celebrate summer in Minong. Race sign-up information coming soon.
